If alcohol is served or sold:
•    The Renter must use a licensed caterer or bartender with an appropriate New Mexico Dispenser’s Permit.
•    Renter must provide licensed, professional security (minimum one guard per 100 guests, no fewer than two guards).
•    Security must remain on duty until the event ends and all guests have exited the facility.
•    Alcohol may only be consumed within approved areas; it is strictly prohibited in parking lots or outdoor spaces.
Carlsbad Live reserves the right to suspend alcohol service or terminate the event for violations of these rules or if guests become disorderly.
